Therefore when grossing a minimum of $10,000 (If you only work “splits”) per placement you can expect an annual income of $175,812 (18 x $10,000 - $4,188) This number increases when the IRN member is above average and places more than 1.5 people per month or has their own customers whose assignments earn them 100% of the fee. (18 x $20,000 - $4,188 = $355,812)
