Mr. Gold attended the Florida Institute of Technology at Melbourne FLA., majoring in Computer Science from 1980-1984. Gold began his executive search career in 1985 at a large I.T. search firm. After 10 progressive years of marching to the beat of another’s drum Gold broke free and founded a boutique SAP search firm. The firm grew steadily with a volume of repeat business from key customers and SAP Logo Partners. In 2005 Gold envisioned the Independent Recruiters Network as the definitive answer to the concerns experienced by many agency and home based recruiters. The necessary partnerships were built and now recruiters have a real choice. IRN’s mission is the liberation automation and networking of the nations best recruiters coast to coast.

David Dodge
Vice President

Mr. Dodge is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy at Annapolis; he holds a Masters degree from George Washington University. He also earned a Juris Doctorate from the G. W. National Law Center and is a member of the Virginia Bar. David excelled for over twenty-five years in development and growth of consulting and professional services organizations. As Vice President ERP Integration Services at IBM, he created and led their U.S. SAP consulting practice, and also managed the ERP practices for J.D. Edwards, Oracle, PeopleSoft, BPICS, and several other application software packages. David has worked as an independent consultant for various companies advising them on package implementation or professional services operations.
